Great service – but don’t just take it from us

You’re bound to be cautious about buying a home in Spain. Thankfully, you’ve come to the right place, because for years we’ve been helping people find properties that are just right for them. And many have been kind enough to sing our praises, so we’d like to share their comments with you. It’s our way of showing you that we offer a great service – and that we can prove it, too! Dear Spanish Property Sales,

We wish to place on record our gratitude and satisfaction for the service you gave us together with your unbiased advice which we found outstanding. Your comments, especially with regard to some of the negative aspects, we felt, were invaluable.

We will be coming out in May and after this visit we will be letting the property to friends and family. Please could you provide your change over cost accordingly. Whilst on the subject, we would also like the outside of the villa painted. Summer will be busy but Oct – Nov would be ideal. Please could you organise this work to be done for us and let us know how much. We will settle up with you at Christmas unless you need it before.

Thank you so much for all your help and advice. We couldn’t have done it without you. We never really thought we would find our dream home or, if we did, be able to afford it.

Thanks for working so hard on our behalf. You have saved us time and money but also made the journey that much more enjoyable.

I hope we can stay in touch and get together again in the near future. We will e-mail you when we plan to come out next. ps. We would like air-conditioning for this summer. Can you help?

The service you gave us was second to none! As you know we had been looking at property with other agents before and have viewed many, even the ones that did not fit our criteria! – consequently wasting our time.

The fact that you operate independently but deal with over fifty estate agents gave us a lot of confidence, we realise now just how good your sorting procedure is and without you we would have never found our little haven.
