After two visits to Moraira we decided that the area would be perfect for our retirement home and a close family friend recommended that we approach Anthony and Sally to help us select the right property.

Our initial contact was with Sally and her enthusiasm and warm nature meant that we felt at ease immediately as we started a process of selecting properties to view with Anthony. However, before our planned visit, looking at the properties Sally had recommended, we noticed a villa that was exactly where we wanted to live and seemed to fit our requirement perfectly. It was also our opinion that the villa would sell quickly and probably before our planned visit, so we told Sally that we wanted to put an offer in for it.

Far from telling us it would be mad to do such a thing, Sally reacted positively and Anthony immediately arranged to view the property. When Anthony rang us with his findings, we were very impressed with his thoroughness in describing the property, good and bad points were highlighted equally. Subsequently, when we decided to put an offer in on the property, Anthony was extremely helpful and instrumental in securing it for us.
