We were long distance buyers living in Australia and not knowing where to start our search for a retirement property in Spain Costa Blanca we were advised is a good and healthy area to retire to.
On a visit to the Costa Blanca we came by Moraria by chance and after considering other areas chose Moraira being a good all year round place to live and retire to. Returning to Australia we continued our search via the Internet.
By chance a few weeks later we heard that friends of ours were holidaying in Moraira and contacted them and asked if they would look at a couple of properties for us us while they were there. They met Sally and Anthony owners of Spanish Property Sales.net and explained to them that they wanted too look at a couple of properties for friends who were living in Australia.
Even a story like that did not put Sally and Anthony off! Our friends Linda and Alan were shown around the area of Moraira as well as the properties we asked them to view and a couple more thrown in, nothing as Linda and Alan informed us was too much trouble also with Anthony giving an honest opinion good or bad on each property when asked.
Our next visit to Spain we met Sally and Anthony for the first time and continued our search for our new home.
As confirmed by our friends nothing was too much trouble for Sally and Anthony and on our return visit secured our house in Moraira.
All the process of actually buying the property could not have been easier and stress free with almost all of the work carried out by Sally and Anthony and their team. With us twelve thousand miles away packing furniture.
We returned from Australia to sign and complete the purchase with an amazing lawyer they highly recommended and that was it.
