This beautiful villa is located in one of the best areas of Moraira, El Bosque, an easy ten minute walk to amenities and the centre of town where you can enjoy a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and the beautiful sandy beach. Entrance to the villa is via electric gates where there is a garage, a carport and also space for two cars on the driveway. The fabulous summer kitchen and BBQ is close by and has a large dining table, food preparation space, a fridge and the all important BBQ. A pathway around the back of the villa takes us to the lower level where there is a pump room, the garage / games room and a useful storage & utility room.
