ideal for working beside relaxing in this wonderful house, as the complete house provides stable glas fibre WIFI and WIFI plug-in
devices in each room.
The bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. All aircondition units (except one) are new and not only provide coolness
in the hot summer, but also warm temperatures in winter. The cool temperatures in the house in the hot summer are provided
by the floor tiles, but also the Spanish building style of this villa.
In the wintertime you might sit in front of the new renovated fireplace in the charming living room – very romantic with a glass
of red wine…
Almost all windows are new and provide insect screens and shutters. The big and also new glass windows in the
wintergarden/conservatory let a lot of natural light into the house.
The entrance, the ground floor, one bedroom and the main bathroom are wheelchair accessible up to 70 cm wide and are
barrier-free.
In particular, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and with high quality appliances. The exclusive wine cooler rounds off the
high-quality and exceptional amenities in the house.
The 3 bathrooms are very comfortable, everything is refurbished, the tiles are kept in a wonderful grey-blue-white colour with
typical Spanish pattern, but very modern and stylish at the same moment. Every bathroom consists of a shower, a sink and a
toilet. The bathroom for handicaped people even comes with two showers (one normal and a lower one especially for the need
of handicapped people), handles around the toilet and a seat beside the shower. It is barrierfree.
In a separate laundry room you will find one of the 2 hot water heaters and a washer/dryer combination.
There is a separate technic room for all technical devices as well as the router for the glas fibre WIFI.
You can unwind here, recharge your batteries or start to many day trips from here, as the house is situated in a perfect

You are very private, you have the approx. 4 x 9 m pool for your sole use and the terrace and pool area is not visible to anyone.

The big and comfortable terrace is a wonderful place, with a big dining area, shaded by a big sun umbrella and surrounded by a
beautiful garden with mediterranean flowers such as olive tree, oleander, hibiscus, a wonderful fig tree, an almond tree and
many beautiful palm trees. On bad weather days you do not have to stay inside, you can also sit in the small, charming covered
seating area.
The stunning thing about this villa is not only the plot and house, but the variety of possibilities, amenities and the completely
fabulous features of the house, the idea of the current owner. The villa is rented out with a full booking calender until May 2023
and the rental features, the domain, various advertisement things as well as the rental licence can be taken over by the new
