Just checked out your new website - well done for getting a prime position on Google, this must have cost you a fortune and a lot of hard work! Notice you now have a section for testimonials, so thought you might like one from us.

Celebrated the first anniversary of our move to Moraira in August, how time flies! We can«t thank you enough for all you have done to help us realise our dream. After 2 years of trying to "go it alone" by trawling property sections in the paper and local estate agents, we were beginnning to give up hope that our dream home existed. Front line property with a big garden? They all said this was virtually unheard of.

Not only did you find this stunning villa for us, and help us to negotiate the best possible price, you guided us through every stage of the purchase and provided a fantastic after-sales service which we«d never get from any estate agent, here or in the UK. It really was such a comfort to have you and Sally to help and advise on everything we asked of you, and your local knowledge was invaluable. You introduced us to the best (and best-looking!) lawyer in town, and advised on the workings of septic tanks - from the sublime to the ridiculous!

Well done, too, for finding the 2 rental properties for us within our budget and for organising the make-over which has transformed them into really nice holiday lets.

Just wanted to send you an email for looking after me so well and finding me my property in the gorgeous village of Moraira.  It seemed a scary prospect at the time buying somewhere abroad as a single woman, but with your help,advice and great contacts you made it a dream come true.  I may be single, but I felt I was not buying on my own because of your support and care in finding the right place for me.

Buying in Spain with your friendly but professional advice and your legal contacts made it easier than when I bought my last house in the UK! I met Anthony & Sally Bloom through searching the web, what a wonderful thing that was.
After meeting them in Spain – Moraira to be exact, they guided me through 3 days of intensive villa searching. All the ground work had been done through my relenting requirements for a villa.

Dear Anthony & Sally,
Once my husband and I had the made the decision to make a permanent move to Spain, we started looking on the Internet for suitable properties ( we knew the area we wanted to be in as we had visited many times )

We had the time to search for the properties, but we did not have the time to visit Spain to view them. I contacted spanish-property-sales.net and made contact we Anthony and Sally Bloom ( Independent Agents). We spoke on the telephone and via email on a regular basis. They knew the area well and were able to view the properties on our behalf, giving both negative ( in the shade all day, new road being built, near to a building site, too expensive for what it is, they did not try to sell to us for the sake of a sale.
And of course the positive feedback, south facing, sea views etc etc.

They were honest and open about the properties which were available in our price range.

Once we had found the property, they were again on hand to view with us, to advise and help with the legal process. They introduced us to an excellent solicitor, and were with us throughout the purchase. We sold our home in the UK and were living in Spain within 3 weeks.

We would highly recommend Anthony and Sally Bloom with no hesitation, and they are still on hand to help and advise when needed, they have not said goodbye at the end of the sale!
