Javea – getting to know the area

When you come to look at property for sale in Javea, you’ll be struck by how easy it is to get here. On the east coast of Spain, at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, it’s easy to reach Valencia to the north (100 km) and Alicante to the south. Both these large cities are easily reached by air from the UK.

The beauty of the Costa Blanca

There’s a good reason for the popularity of property on the Costa Blanca. It’s a stunning stretch of coast, with impressive cliffs, rocky coves and sandy beaches. Inland, rugged mountains and quiet villages allow an easy escape from the busy tourist spots. Many of the region’s beaches have been awarded the blue flag for being particularly clean. And not only that, the climate of the region is almost perfect – neither too hot in summer nor very cold in winter.
