It’s a multi-agency, ‘winner takes all’ situation – and with over 120 estate agents in Moraira and Javea alone, finding your Spanish dream can be a very time consuming challenge.

It’s common to see price reductions with one estate agent and not the other. The longer a property has been on the market the more chance you have of seeing it listed at all sorts of different prices due to a number of price reductions if a property does not sell. Estate agents have to rely upon the vendor to keep them all updated! So you need to be careful.
