The restaurant is now serving its Menu del dia which includes tapas and a three course menu plus a half bottle of wine per person. The price is €14.00 including IVA:
Taspas include pate, salad, scallop gratin, pancakes, and brandade of cod. The first course is cream of pumpkin soup followed by a choice of main courses: Pork stew, Cordon bleu, chicken curry, grilled filet of fish, sole with prawns or salmon with asparagus. Deserts are apple tart , chocolate mousse or fruit.

El Gaucho Moraira
This is a delightful restaurant, offering a three-course menu del dia, including one drink, for €11.50.
The restaurant is situated on the coast road from Moraira to Calpe, about 200 metres past Mas y Mas Supermarket on the left hand side. It is open from 6.30 p.m.
Starters include a selection of pátes, melon with serrano ham, home made soup, Italian salad, house salad and main courses include spare ribs, rabbit, a selection of pizzas and salmon. Sweets are ice cream, different flavours, flan, fruit.
There is also an extensive a la carte menu, offering steaks, fish and pasta.

This restaurant has to be one of the best restaurants value for money in Calpe.
To find the restaurant take the coast road from Moraira and when you reach the second roundable past Consum (including the roundabout at Consum), turn round and drive back along the main dual carriageway for about two hundred yards, park on the right. Walk along until you see the Agua Marina complex which lays back a little from the road. Walk through there towards the sea and you will see the restaurant on the left hand side.
The restaurant is Spanish owned and serves four different menus, from €8.50, €11.50, €12.50 and €15.00. All menus include an attractive salad for starters followed by a choice of soup or a vegetable dish of pulses. The main courses change daily and include fish, chicken, steak, rabbit, and lots more too numerous to mention. Hot bread is also served and there is a good selection of deserts.
The restaurant is quite large but gets very busy so it is worth booking. They are closed on Wednesdays.

A special concert to celebrate the singing of Maria Calas’ Great opera will be held at the Inn on the Green on November 16th at 20.00 hours.
If you drive from Moraira to the cross roads at Benitachell, turn right and at the bottom of the hill turn right again and the Inn on the Green is about two kilometres on the right hand side.
