Frontline property for sale in Moraira, El Portet, is millionaire territory and in big demand as there are only around twelve frontline villas in El Portet.
There are many more stunning properties 2nd line etc. It is rare for these properties to come on the market but with our friends and contacts whom live there, we always know what and roughly when a special property may become available. The location is highly desirable Consequently, Property prices are high! There are no cheap properties in Moraira when compared with some of the massive developments elsewhere in Spain. Unfortunatly, such huge developments have attracted much bad press for various reasons. Consequently, property prices and company stock values have been vastly reduced. We must not assocciate, generalise or apply these facts to the very well established areas of Moraira and Javea. They still remain highly popular and property sales in Moraira or property sales in Javea are still happening.
There are of course other areas along the coast of Moraira offering frontline villas or villas with fantastic sea views. Along the Benissa coast, just outside Moraira, there are some wonderful properties and are less expensive than those in El Portet. The coast road is like something out of a filmset.
